As the new year begins, take a moment to set your oral care habits for the coming year.
Perhaps your oral health routine is pristine, but more than likely, we all have at least one area of oral care that we can improve upon.
Use the checklist below to consider which oral care tasks may need improved care and attention in 2021:
Brush your teeth at least twice per day and ideally after meals as well.
Floss at least once per day.
Hydrate by drinking water regularly throughout the day.
Avoid consuming sugary, sticky foods that may damage your teeth.
Schedule your annual or bi-annual dental appointments.
